"I decided to shop around for home and auto insurance. I put my information into a military.com web site. Austin contacted me via text message within minutes. Austin explained what our new coverage would be, how much more coverage I would receive in addition to what I was receiving from my old insurance company, and how much money I would be saving. Austin walked me through the transfer process and next steps and ensures I will not be the middle man between my mortgage company and State Farm. BJ, that works with Austin, was very helpful and also guided me through information gathering i.e.(loan# & EClause info from mortgage company) Smart, well delivered, and took their time collectively answering any and all of our questions) So far so good 👍👍"
