"A sales person from this agency called me about a month ago. I change my insurance. That same day when they sent me my insurance cards the wrong address was on the cards. When I called back, the salesman seemed confused and I canceled the policies within an hour. 30 days later when they refunded my money they sent it to my ex-wife’s house. I don’t know how they got my ex-wife‘s address. I don’t even have my ex-wife’s address so if you do business for these people, you gotta watch them closely double check your paperwork in my case. It seemed pretty shady."

When you first contacted us, you confirmed you and your sons address we had on file. We issued the policies using that address. Later, you called expressing concern that the policies were written with the wrong address. Upon your request, we promptly corrected the policies and forwarded the necessary information to an agent in Kansas City to ensure proper handling for the out of state policy. Shortly after, you requested cancellation of all policies, which we processed immediately. The refund was issued to the confirmed address on file at that time. We have no record of your ex-wife’s address in our system, nor was it used for any correspondence or refund. If there is any discrepancy outside of our control, we welcome the opportunity to investigate further. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate service, and we regret any frustration you experienced. Please feel free to contact us directly if you’d like to discuss this further. -Austin "
